Concepts opened in 2006 with a dream to create an environment of teamwork as well as individuality. Our culture has developed over the years to be one of encouragement and continued learning for our service providers. We believe the greatest investment a salon can make is in a well trained and inspired staff. We also believe that nothing happens without a happy guest. Customer service is something we take very seriously and continue to look for ways to better serve each person who walks through our doors.
