Some of the more important moments of my life have happened with me standing behind a chair with my hands in someone's hair. I could write out a list of awards, certifications and opportunities this career has afforded me, but the truth is, the things that matter are the relationships I have been blessed to participate in with my guests and incredible team. I will remain a lifelong student of all things concerning this industry as well as leadership. I am an ordinary girl living an extraordinary life and for that I am thankful. Ashley joined the Concepts team in 2011 specializing in Haircolor and Design. During this time Ashley has attended a countless number of continuing education classes in New York, Chicago and St. Louis, and in 2019 became a certified Redken Haircolorist. "People and big cities continue to inspire my creativity. I love to see the differences in style and culture all over the country." -Ashley

Melissa joined the Concepts team in 2013 after being an educator at a local cosmetology school for 9 years and specializes in all areas of hair design, hair color and styling. in 2019, Melissa became a certified Redken Haircolorist. "As much as I love teaching the art of hair, I just missed being able to serve guests and create beauty with my own hands" -Melissa

Cynthia joined the Concepts team as the Front Desk Manager and Make-up artist in 2010. Cynthia has a lifetime of experience in the beauty/fashion industry, from being a cosmetologist to managing a clothing boutique. In short, Cynthia keeps the salon running, she knows everyone and everything concerning appointments and the boutique department of Concepts.

Hayley joined the Concepts team in January 2014. "I knew I wanted to be a hairstylist when I was little and got my first barbie doll. It's been a long road to get here but I did it and I love every single second of it" Hayley's mantra: "When you can't stand, kneel"
